Nick Wey rocketed to the Spike TV Holeshot award and finished 4th aboard his Ti-Lube KXF450. Later when asked where Nick lined up on the gate he replied “I don’t remember, but I could’ve started backwards and still got that holeshot.”
Ryan Villopoto while in control of the main event was bitten by a “sketchy” rhythm section and broke the tib and fib right above his ankle. Although bummed to give up the championship with an injury Ryan is looking forward to getting back stronger then ever.
In Arenacross News Mandingo Pickles crew member Dave Ginolfi finishes 8th in the AX class and was voted Most Improved of 2010.
